[Casper] System Information Tool

Hello All, 

I am looking for a tool that I can display system information either on the
desktop, menu bar, or a widget. The purpose of this would be a way to talk
an end user on the phone to a single click location to give information like
IP, machine name, or image name.

Any suggestions?
