[Casper] Upgrading MySQL

Has anyone performed an upgrade of MySQL from 4.1.22 to 5 with the JSS yet?
I am thinking of doing so in hopes that some of the  issues I am having with
the database will go away but I thought I would check and see if anyone else
has done it first and has some ³watch out for this² type of suggestions.
