[Casper] Cosmetics

I'm wondering if it would help anyone else to have submenus of the 
configuration type in Casper local.  Example and reason:  I have different 
regions that I'm supporting and I would like it if I could have cities for 
the base configs and then the department config being based on that.  I 
obviously have the same department names in different cities, ie Studio. 
These show up in the menu looking the same, no way to tell them apart. But 
if there we submenus each city would have a drop off itself making nice 
and pretty and easy.  Any takers??
