Are you sure Photoshop Elements for Mac OS X can be scripted? I don¹t see it
listed on this page, which includes silent install instructions for Creative
Suite and other Adobe products.

If it¹s not scriptable then I don¹t think Casper can install it other than
pushing a pre-configured package.
