[Casper] Very weird download from the JSS server

I thought this had something to do with not typing the port number or
something not complete in the address. I can't seem to do this with
Leopard and the version of the JSS I have, 5.11. In other word something
Tomcat.

Are you running Tiger or Leopard server?

Google searches yield no results at all.  I zipped and attached the
file.  Obviously .exe files are harmless in OS X because Unix does not
recognize them as an executable.

I just found this extremely strange.
