[Casper] Very weird download from the JSS server

Yes I have seen this and reported this as a bug.  8443 works best and I can
Firefox works better than safari.  You can get this to happen if you do a
http://xx.xx.xx:8443 as opposed to https://xx.xx.xx:8443
