[Casper] Very weird download from the JSS server

I experienced this "html download issue" on Internet sites using Safari
on 10.5.1 at home I haven't seen it at the office yet.
If you can replicate it outside the jss, it sounds like something to
report to Apple. If you're an ADC member you can use
bugreport.apple.com. I'm not sure how to report a bug if you're not an
ADC member.

However we are seeing this in safari regardless of https or http. It

work for a while but then if you click on a link it downloads the html
