[Casper] help - cant add computers to the jss

Ive recently installed casper and jss to a server 
  
I cannot add any computers to the jss, 
  
ive tried via quickadd package 
remote scan 
and local in recon 
  
It says added successfully but when i go to the web interface and search the inventory no computers show up, and in casper no computers show either, 
   
help pls
