[Casper] help - cant add computers to the jss

We've recently had similar issues here, new machines were not going into
their proper smart groups.    What is your server running?  Hardware,
server software version etc...    Also are you running the 5.13 version
of casper suite?

We are running OSX Server 10.5.3 with casper suite 5.13

Ive recently installed casper and jss to a server 

  

I cannot add any computers to the jss, 

  

ive tried via quickadd package 

remote scan 

and local in recon 

  

It says added successfully but when i go to the web interface and search
the inventory no computers show up, and in casper no computers show
either, 

   

help pls
