[Casper] 10.5.4 update hung

Hi,

I just tried to roll out the 10.5.4 combo pkg, but the install hung on  
updating receipts. I rebooted the machine and it did say 10.5.4 was  
install ok, but I don't trust it. Has anyone else seen this?
