[Casper] Adding to First Run script

Is there a way to add to the First Run script permanently?  I want to  
add some shell commands to the script that run every time I re-image a  
machine.  Right now I am just setting Casper to not restart and then  
manually editing the script, but I'd rather do this automagically.
