[Casper] CS 3.3 Installations

Has anyone been able to package up CS 3.3 for deployment yet? From what I am
getting from Adobe, they did not create a single install for the entire
suite. Unfortunately, another department in my company manages the
relationship with Adobe and I am unable to call them directly.
