[Casper] Casper Image and Remote not installing packages

One thing I have noticed that might be relevent is that some of the  
packages say 'DMG Package' in Casper Admin and some of them say 'Read  
Only DMG Package.'  I don't know of anything I've done differently in  
creating the packages.

Also, ls -l in terminal shows that some of the dmgs have extended  
attributes, looks like just FinderInfo and resourceForks, if that  
matters.
