[Casper] Casper Image and Remote not installing packages

Casper installs the contents of the DMG, so if for example its contents are 

Applications/MS Office/Word 

then it installs Word into MS Office inside Applications 

if the DMG contains 

Installer 

then it simply copys the installer to the root of the Hard Disk, 

Capser creates dmg's based on the folder paths. 

all mine work fine

When I image a machine, I'm trying to use our existing MS Office package, which casper says it's installing, but there is no MS Office folder in the Applications folder when it is done.  The package looks normal, and I can see when I use Casper Remote (which has the same issue) that the dmg is mounting properly, but it's almost like it's not ditto'ing the files out properly.  I have seen this issue with some other packages as well, but haven't found a regularity.

Has anyone else seen anything like this?
