[Casper] Casper Image and Remote not installing packages

The odd part about this is that I've opened up the DMG and it does
have the proper file structure in there:

/Applications/Microsoft Office 2008/<applications>
/Library/Application Support
/Library/Automator
/Library/Fonts Disabled
/Library/Receipts

(The Font package is seperate)

The DMG gets mounted properly on the target machine using casper
remote, but it's like the contents aren't being copied out.
