[Casper] inventory and helpdesk ticket system suggestions

We're using Cerberus Helpdesk from WebGroup Media.  We're a revision,  
or so, behind, but it works great for us.  It's all PHP/SQL (LAMP  
architecture).  They have a demo site setup that you can play with.
