[Casper] Flash 9 issues

Ok... We have been working on creating a Flash 9 Universal Binary package
from Adobe. I have manually created the package as well as used Casper¹s
pre-built packages but users still get prompted to install Flash 9 while
browsing.  I have manually verified that the files install properly, had the
user restart, and even tested it in admin.

I am wondering what everyone else has done with Flash Player 9 to get it
working....
