I don't use Sophos, but possible solutions could be:

* add the manufacturer's .pkg to your JSS rather than creating a .dmg package.  Hopefully the manufacturer supports an answer file for any user input that might be necessary.

* create a script to perform the installation, you can get the .pkg to the target machine(s) via a package, file copy, or ARD push.

Hello everybody!

 

I was curious how people are handling installing Sophos Anti Virus.    What we are running into here is that it needs to run the installer to create a unique install on each machine.   Any ideas, suggestions, or just let me know if I’m missing something glaring an I need to hang my head in shame.
