[Casper] CS 2 packaging

I would suggest doing a full install or the Adobe suite, make sure
everything is serialized and functioning and then use the prebuilts in
Composer to generate your packages.
You may also want to look into the fix for the Acrobat self-repair function
if your users will not be admins (I most strenuously suggest that they not
be admins, I consider this a best practice). I don't recall what the fix
was off hand, but there is one out there.
