[Casper] Indexing packages

I'm not sure if it has been fixed, but there was a bug that broke
indexing from a 10.5 box. I tried several times, and then when I'd
uninstall a package that I indexed, the system it was uninstalled from
would go into a constant reboot cycle. I think some system files were
getting deleted.

Be sure you test this before you deploy!
