[Casper] Nav scripts

[Dagel, Rich]

I am trying out the scripts that came with the resource kit.  I am very
happy to have them.  I am getting good feed back with the nav scan saying
how many files where scan and if it found infected files and it shows up in
the policy log.  Not getting any thing for the nav update script in the log
file.  Any ideas.
