[Casper] Packaging an account

Of course there is the easy way Jamf does it as well, which you can also
script, but I am not sure how customizable it is compared to the dscl. 
I have never sat there and done a full comparison

/usr/sbin/jamf createAccount

And if you aren’t sure what you can do.../usr/sbin/jamf help
createAccount

Throw it in a SH script and WHAM...account. I use that often.
