[Casper] MacBook Air (MBA)- Printing Issues

Does anyone on the list have MBAs in their environment? If so, any issues
printing? I¹m using a 10.5.4 image built on MBP 2.6 using retail OS
installer. I can setup print queues but when I send a print job it gets
stuck in the queue with a message it¹ll try in a few seconds. I have no
trouble printing from a MBP 2.4 using the same image wired or wirelessly.
Ran 10.5.5 combo updater on MBA with no luck.

Rebuilt the MBA using retail OS installer and updated to 10.5.4 and no
issues printing.

Any thoughts/suggestions on how to trouble shoot this is appreciated.
