[Casper] MacBook Air (MBA)- Printing Issues

If memory serves me, you cannot use anything but the MBA retail disk to do
the install.  There are some differences in the MBA and other devices.  So,
you have to have a separate image for your MBA and MBP.

I have MBAs here, and I use the MBA drop in disk to do the installs.
