[Casper] Netinstall Image Creator Problem

I ran the Capser Netinstall app on our netboot/Casper server. The
netboot images and Casper packages are on a mounted X-raid volume. I
pointed the Casper Netinstall app at an old 10.5.3 image and Casper
Imaging 6.1 and had it dump the nbi folder onto the NetbootSP0. I'd do
this and it would take some maybe twenty minutes to do it's thing where
it looks like it's creating the dmg but it's apparently not as the dmg
is like 48mb instead of 12gigs. Once it's done, it asks for the admin
password which I provide. Thereafter the nbi folder exists but all
there is within it is a plist file as the dmg mysteriously disappears.

For example, I keep all my nbi files on a separate partition over the OS. So if I need to wipe the OS then the netboot is still right there.
