[Casper] root account(feature request?)

I've thought about this for quite some time now and it's not a big deal 
but would anyone else benefit from having the option to fill the root 
account when you fill existing users??  Also, I think that the fix ByHost 
files should fix the root ByHost files, yes?  Regarding the first 
question, I wouldn't be opposed to having it just fill automatically when 
the FEU option is selected, although sometimes I don't want those prefs in 
the root account.  So, maybe an additional option (check box) to fill the 
root home folder.
