[Casper] CS 2 packaging

My CS2 package was a snapshot of the whole suite after running and and
making sure all apps were serialized.  The version of Acrobat that comes
with CS2 won't run properly on its own.  You have to launch another app in
the suite (such as Photoshop) in order for Acrobat to "know" that its been
serialized.
