We were using the export to CSV and import into Web Help Desk throughout
the summer. It works really well. Our only hang up was having to clean
the export in Excel firsts since Web Help Desk is very picky about its
required fields. We basically did a data sort in Excel and removed any
entries that didn't meet requirements (<3% for us) and then cleaned them
up by hand in Casper.

Now, with version 9.1.5 of Web Help Desk, they have an auto import. I've
just got our Web Help Desk test instance setup, and will do testing on
this feature soon. I'll try to write back on the list how it works. I
know both companies are committed to doing it very well.

Web Help Desk 9 does have a small amount of change management built in as
well. The back office team I'm a part of will be testing that as well.
