[Casper] Curious

Has anyone else received the error ³the package does not contain a valid
index.bom file² when attempting to install a pkg over http in version 6.01?

I have been getting this since our upgrade to version 6 of the Casper suite
and have yet to figure out what it is asking for.  As far as I can tell
package maker only creates an index.bom file with an mpkg not a standard
pkg.
