[Casper] Creating .dmg from .pkg

For what purpose? Are you wanting a standard installer that is in .dmg
format? Or are you trying to create a Casper package that can be given to
someone not connected to your server (i.e. JSS)?
The convert button changes a read-only .dmg ("package") file into an
editable .dmg file. This is useful if you need to add or remove something
from a package you've created, but it doesn't sound like you need that.
