[Casper] Viewing installed applications.

I¹m new to this, but can¹t you just go to

Admin tab ->Inventory Options -> Inventory Preferences ->Software tab

And add /Users to the Application scope.


I would think that would collect any apps sitting in user profiles.

Again ­ I¹m very new to Casper, so someone tell me if I¹m wrong.

While it may not be integrated into your current reports (as I think Casper
would need to be modified) you can probably run a script that does an ³LS ­R
*.app ~/Applications² to a file.  Once you¹ve got it in a file, you can
massage it as needed.  It wouldn¹t give you versions, which may make that
useless....

Just a thought.
