Blaine Mattson announced it in a JAMF email I received on January 21 but I
haven't seen information about its release yet.

The JAMF website still shows information about the older version of Composer
judging by the video <http://www.jamfsoftware.com/products/composer.php> and
comparing it to the announcement.
