[Casper] Limiting bandwidth consumption from Casper?

Hey guys,

I've got an issue where updates pushed from Casper are taking all available bandwidth to a remote site.  Has anyone dealt with this issue before?  I'd imagine the easiest way to deal with it would be to limit the connection speed from the server on the networking side of things, but I figured I'd ask if anyone had come up with something more eloquent.
