[Casper] Menubar Items

The menu bar items are all stored in ~/Library/Preferences/
com.apple.systemuiserver.plist.
You do have to use PlistBuddy to script them, because they are nested
one level below the top. But PlistBuddy is included in 10.5 (/usr/
libexec/PlistBuddy)
