[Casper] Can't drag items on desktop.

You can also see my packages. There's nothing unusual in there.
I'll check when she goes out to lunch if it happens with other
accounts. I can't believe I forgot to try that!
There are two scripts that we run at login that mount some shares, but
those are running all over campus and don't seem to effect anyone else.
