[Casper] Can't drag items on desktop.

Assuming it's not just this one account that's broken, let's identify the
variables between deployments that work and this one.
Are any of your packages new?
Is this the first client to receive CS4 and Quark 8? How were these apps
installed?
What scripts, if any, are part of the configuration and/or imaging task used
on this machine?
