[Casper] adobe plugins inventory in Casper

Casper tracks plugins by default.
You should be able to package serialized plugins, and deploy them via
policies, imaging or one-off remote tasks. Some stubborn plugins may
require you to create a script to get it configured properly, or you could
negotiate with the manufacturer to provide you with an "enterprise
deployment-friendly" version of their product.
