[Casper] VPN Shared Secret

I was able to get all the VPN settings distributed using the Managed
Preferences settings except for the "Shared Secret." After some searching,
it seems as though this info stored in the keychain (verified on 10.5 only).
Has anyone come up with a way to distribute that information into a user's
keychain, or know an alternate way to distribute the Shared Secret for VPN?
