[Casper] Admin Printer

That¹s what we decided to start implementing. As Cisco has basically stopped
supporting AppleTalk, Self Service basically becomes a replacement for
AppleTalk browsing to end users looking for printers. Just have to manage
properly scoping them.

 Why not add the printers in casper admin and then make a self service
policy that users can install them self?
