change every month, it is impossible to manage, so we allow all users to
setup printers.

That’s what we decided to start implementing. As Cisco has basically
stopped supporting AppleTalk, Self Service basically becomes a replacement
for AppleTalk browsing to end users looking for printers. Just have to
manage properly scoping them.

Why not add the printers in casper admin and then make a self service
policy that users can install them self?

There was a fairly lengthy discussion on how to do this by editing the
cupsd.conf file to allow non-admins to add printers. I'd post the relevant
