[Casper] Self Service

I don't get the issue Criss describes, but often I will open Self-Service
and the screen is blank. No login for self-service or anonymous options at
all.  Just a blank window. No rhyme or reason that I can see and usual
maintenance to computer doesn't fixt the problem.

Hi Criss,

I've been working with it a bit more than normal lately and it appears to
be working fine here. Are you sure you are using a current version of 6.01?
