[Casper] NetInstall Image Creator Problems

Okay, maybe I'm just doing something wrong, but I cannot seem to get this to
work.  I've got an image that I created using InstaDMG (and that may be the
issue) that I am trying to turn into a NetInstall image using Casper
NetInstall Image Creator.  However, when I run the application it just hangs
with a status of "Mounting".  Nothing else happens, the time/date stamp does
not change on the Sparse Image, nothing.

Any ideas?  I've tried running this on the server where Casper is and on my
local workstation.
