[Casper] Recon.exe and inventory info.

We needed to find (physically) 2 specific PCs on the network today and all
we had was the MAC address. I piped in with the solution of pushing ahead
our inventory project using Recon.exe for Windows.
I have used the old emails on this list to successfully run Recon.exe
silently on windows using a *.bat file.
My problem is this, the JSS will only keep one data set for a given machine.
I do not know if it is uniquely identifying the machines via MAC addy or
serial but about 1000 of our computers are dual-boot machines. If we run
Recon.exe the info that was in JSS for Mac OS is replaced with Windows info.
The command even states this behavior "c:\jamf recon -overrideJSS" :(
I want to append! Anyone have a solution to this? Or do you just run recon
at boot for both Mac OS and Windows, thus keeping the JSS up-to-date?
My Windows counterpart just piped-in with the Parallels question. *sigh*
Thoughts?
