[Casper] Printer Defaults

I believe if you set those prefs before capturing the printer with Casper
Admin, it will push those prefs as part of the package. I'm pretty sure
someone from Jamf informed me of this but I could be wrong. Otherwise you
could edit your PPD in BBEdit or similar app to make duplexing the default.
We did that here, forcing defaults for grayscale and duplexing.
