Had the same problem. I contacted JAMF support and they quickly setup
a webex for the next day. They basically had me uninstall all the web
stuff (I also forgot the specific options). I left the database stuff
intact and after reinstalling the web portion everything came back up
fine.
For me it was the PermGen size, which I fixed, but the other problem
was the Apache eating all the servers memory which was fixed by the
reinstall.
