[Composer] Bug with Prebuilt Packages > 1

Mac OS 10.4.8, Composer 4.11SE

Let's say you have two (at least) "Prebuilt Packages" hierarchies in  
your Temp folder. You'll see them both listed in the appropriate tab,  
with checkboxes. You however, cannot build both packages in a single  
pass, by clicking on the Save To... button.

What happens is this: Authentication is requested for the first  
package. After that one is built, the Authentication dialog  
reappears, but it is completely disabled. The text fields do not  
highlight, can't be tabbed into, etc. And at this point the menus are  
disabled too, since the dialog is blocking, so your only option is to  
force quit.
