[Composer] Safari Preferences/Bookmarks Question

I have built an OS package (10.4.10) and have added bookmarks in Safari as
well as set tabbed browsing and pop-up blocking.

The OS has an admin account, and a user account is created when the computer
is imaged with Casper.

What is the easiest way to have the bookmarks and settings for Safari carry
over from the admin account to the new user account?
