[Composer] Composer Digest, Vol 6, Issue 8

Using Casper you can set these preferences to be included into your  
new user template.  This would be useful for copying some comon  
bookmarks into new accounts like.  Some examples would be online time  
keeping and billing or company intranet.  Very flexible!  I imagine  
you could also add links as a policy push to accounts when they log  
onto the company network.  This way you wouldn't need to push it out  
as a package.
