[Composer] Installing parts to the users directory

Greetings all!
I have had Composer for a couple of days and now I am running tests to see
what it can do.
I have one problem - I am trying to create an package that installs the
Oracle instant client 10g. This is usually a drag n drop installation and I
need to place files in 4 different locations in the system.
3 of them are in locations that Composer picks them up correctly but the
forth is in the users home directory and composer places it in the admin
homedir. As it was done on the machine I made the package.
That is fine but can I change this in anyway so that that specific parts
ends up in the current users home folder instead?
