[Composer] How place stuff in the $HOME directory using ARD?

Hello all!
I have Composer and not the full Casper suite.
Still I need to make pkg's that install stuff in the users home directory
upon installation of the package.

When I run the pkg's locally then there is no problem at all.
But when I send the same package with ARD, my scripts seize to work as
intended.

I suspect that is has something to do what user is running the package.
Is there someone that is in the same situation as I am and can give me some
input what to do to solve my problem?
